Camera

Camera access may be requested when you choose to capture or upload profile, membership, community, support, booking, or verification images.

Photo Library and Files

Photo library access may be requested when you choose an existing image or document for your profile, community content, support, membership, booking, or other app forms.

Location

Location access is optional and should only be requested when needed for a location-based, security, support, or audit-related feature. You can deny or revoke access in your device settings.

Notifications

Push notifications may be used for account alerts, membership updates, payment status, event reminders, training notices, support replies, and other important service messages.

Biometrics and Security PIN

Biometric login and app PIN login are optional convenience features. Biometric authentication is handled by your device. The app stores authentication tokens and PIN-related values using secure device storage where available.

Changing Permissions

You can change permissions at any time in your phone settings. Some features may become unavailable if a related permission is turned off.
